His interests later turned from software development to business and marketing within the computer industry. In 1995, Rick James founded Brainstorm Inc., a training organization that has trained over 250,000 individuals within both large and small businesses. Today he is President of Brainstorm. Dan Balter is a senior partner at Marina Consulting Group. Dan has spent 14 years working as an independent consultant and trainer and has been involved with several different network operating systems and PC applications. He has specialized in integrating messaging and scheduling software to improve organizational productivity. Dan is certified as an MCSE, CNE, and CNP.
