The Art of Meetings Course
The Art of Meetings Course
Hosted by Barbara Jackson
16 Training Modules on CD or DVD
Are all of your organization's meetings necessary and worthwhile? Do participants receive the agenda and materials in sufficient time to prepare for the meeting? Are all of the participants necessary to complete the meeting's agenda in attendance? At the end of the meeting, is there a consensus on outcomes and next steps? Is follow-up completed as agreed? If you can't answer yes to these questions, you need this workshop! Meetings are the largest consumer of organizational resources, yet they are convened with less thought than where to eat lunch. If as few as five people a week feel that they have been to only one unnecessary meeting, or that a meeting was a waste of their time, your organization is wasting at least $50,000 a year! More than 5 people? More than once a week? Start doubling and tripling that number!!!
