In this Outlook 2010 training, you will quickly learn the basics of Outlook in a step-by-step, easy to understand way, and then move into more intermediate and advanced level topics. If you are new to Microsoft Outlook, please start your training with the included Outlook 2007 course. Both Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010 are using the same new Ribbon interface which contains many similar features between both versions of Outlook. This training is for anyone who is new to Outlook or has some experience, but wants to gain a fundamental and advanced understanding of managing your email; creating, deleting, and sending email, adding email attachments, using signatures, protecting yourself against identity theft (phishing attacks), creating contacts and calendar entries, creating and using distributed lists, filtering junk email, setting up tasks, and much more.
By the end of this course, you will learn the basic features of Outlook, how to manage email messages, use the Outlook toolbars, setup email options, employ drag-and-drop function to complete tasks, add and find entries in contact lists, organize messages using folders, use rules to filter junk email, and much more (please call for multi-user license).

Multimedia Hands-on Labs and Exams
The Outlook 2010 software is not required to use this training. This training includes built-in hands-on lab simulations for the student to perform real-world tasks in a simulated Outlook 2010 environment during the lectures. Also included are pre-test questions to help assess the student's skill level. Throughout the training, the student is engaged with testing simulations including multiple choice, true and false, fill-in-the-blank questions, and multiple step software-based question simulations.
Multimedia Online Training:
With online training, the lectures were video taped and then digitized and presented to you in Full Motion Video, Audio, & Graphics.
